It's the end of the month, and you're hurriedly binge-watching some of the 80-plus moviesNetflix is pulling come August. You're quoting all the catchphrases from Airplane!, tearing up at motivational speeches from Braveheart … and slowly resigning yourself to the fact that you'll never be able to watch them all. Sorry.
But it's not all doom and gloom. While those movies will be vanishing, Netflix will be unlocking access to several new titles. Unfortunately, as seems to be the case each time this happens, what will become available doesn't quite justify replacing what once was. After all, swapping classics like Airplane! and Braveheart for crud like Corky Romano doesn't make moviebinge-watching any more pleasant.
